- Deputy Project Manager for major fixed-route restructuring study in Santa Fe, NM. This analysis will explore options for increasing ridership and productivity on an underutilized local bus service.
- Managed Development of Antelope Valley Transit Authority Service Plan, including the coordination and supervision of stop-by-stop ridecheck. This project included the development of service alternatives for several southern California communities, including Lancaster and Palmdale.
- Managed data collection and planning for Eureka and Arcata, CA Five-Year Transit Development Plans. This effort involved comprehensive data collection efforts for all three cities and resulted in planning recommendations for improving and coordinating fixed-route and paratransit services.
- Managed development of new intra-city service design for South Clackamas Transit District in Oregon. This service had now been operating successfully for six months with monthly increases in ridership.
- Managed major data collection effort for VIA in San Antonio, TX. This included the management of over 50 surveyors collecting data on each of over 100 system routes.
- Managed the development of a Mobility Action Plan for Wasco County, OR. Results of this project included a innovative flex-route system designed to meet rapidly increasing demand needs and to decrease operating costs.
- Develop survey instrument and analyzed survey data for general public telephone surveys in Idaho Falls and South Clackamas. These survey efforts provided key information for determining ridership demand and developing local transit service design scenarios.
- Provided mapping, service planning and data analysis assistance for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Northeast Area Restructuring Study.
- Develop detailed community profiles and provided assistance on Foothill Transit Existing Conditions Report.
- Provided service planning assistance for North County Transit District (San Diego).
- Developed fleet needs estimates in support of a facilities study for the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area.
- Developed parking management and employee commute trip reduction recommendations including employee transit program for the State of Oregon Capital Mall in Salem.
- Conducted performance related peer analyses for AVTA and Clallam Transit in Washington.
- Coordinated and supervised ridechecks for Idaho Falls and Antelope Valley Transit Authority in Lancaster, CA.
