existing curb regulations along all Lower Manhattan streets
for incorporation into GIS database of real-time curb-parking
supplies for the district.
- City Employee Parking Management Led a Best Practice review
of comparable cities efforts to mitigate the impact of City
employee vehicles on district curb space. Unique curb and off-street

of providing City employees with on-street permits. The practice
has led to an inordinately high level of drive-alone commute
rates within Lower Manhattan, further constricting space availability
on local streets.
