Gina Pryciak
Gina is passionate about work that blends qualitative insights with quantitative data, using real-world anecdotes to help data tell a story. With experience in GIS, public engagement, design, and qualitative research methods, Gina enjoys creating maps and graphics that clearly communicate key information. A central focus of Gina’s work is recognizing how the most important message to convey often depends on the intended viewer’s values and perspective.
Prior to joining Nelson\Nygaard, Gina worked as a qualitative research project manager, identifying unmet needs and communication gaps between patients and their clinical care. This experience deepened her appreciation for the role of storytelling and empathy in aligning stakeholders around shared, equitable solutions. Gina brings the same approach to transportation planning, guided by the belief that everyone has a strong and deeply personal relationship with transportation.
