
Iris Templo
Iris is a project manager dedicated to improving the travel experience by delivering infrastructure projects that meet functional needs while enhancing user satisfaction. With nearly a decade of international experience in infrastructure procurement and strategic planning, she brings a systems-oriented approach to project governance, informed by her work in both the public and private sectors. Iris provides program management and strategic advisory support for major transit and infrastructure projects in Toronto, Vancouver, and San Francisco. She specializes in structuring governance frameworks, facilitating inter-agency coordination, and ensuring key decisions align with project objectives. Iris holds a Postgraduate certificate in Global Business Management from Humber College and is working towards her PMP Certification. She is actively involved in industry organizations, serving on the boards and committees of the Toronto chapters of Young Professionals in Transportation and Young Leaders in Infrastructure.
Iris previously worked with the Philippine Department of Transportation and the Asian Development Bank, focusing on public-private partnership (P3) transportation projects. Her private sector experience spans regulatory compliance, process optimization, and business strategy development.
