Associate
Jessie believes the ability to move should never determine your ability to participate.

Jessie brings a human-centered, analytical approach to transportation planning, combining skills in GIS, transit evaluation, and visual communication to create maps, tools, and plans that help clients understand complex issues and move forward with confidence. Having lived without a car across the U.S., Europe, and Asia and worked within a transit agency, she understands the perspectives of both agencies and riders, and how transportation systems can either expand access to opportunity or create real barriers.

She enjoys working closely with agencies to understand the unique needs of their communities and translating those insights into actionable mobility solutions. She is particularly skilled at identifying gaps and inefficiencies within systems and developing realistic strategies that improve both agency operations and the rider experience. She has supported multimodal planning efforts through research on cycling access, projects applying Dutch cycling planning principles, and producing materials for cycling education and outreach.
