Nathan’s expertise lies in integrating infrastructure, services, and policy to maximize mode shift. He ensures programs are both innovative and effective by collaborating with community to navigate implementation hurdles.

Prior to joining Nelson\Nygaard, Nathan worked for cities in California and Colorado managing TDM and Shared Mobility programs. Under his leadership, Denver’s Shared Bike and Scooter program achieved record utilization by providing riders with affordable and flexible mobility options that reduced vehicle dependency and traffic congestion.
