
Stella Yip
Stella is a collaborative project manager who is passionate about co-designing holistic solutions at the intersection of climate, transportation, and equity. She seeks to provide objective analysis, advance climate goals, uplift local expertise, and find common ground between different perspectives.
Her experience includes working with public agencies on strategic visions, multimodal corridors, roadway safety plans, and multidisciplinary solutions for climate change. She led the development of a project prioritization framework for the Southern California Association of Governments, the first roadway safety action plan for Bay Area Rapid Transit, and a climate change study for the Pacific Coast Highway in Ventura County for Caltrans. Stella also brings public and nonprofit experience supporting the Safe Routes to School program at TransForm and Plan Bay Area community engagement efforts at the Metropolitan Transportation Commission.
