Stephen brings over 15 years of experience in transit and multimodal planning across the U.S. and Canada.  He enjoys helping communities recognize shared interests and reimagine streets or networks to improve safety, mobility, and vibrancy.  Stephen is both a creative problem-solver and a strategic thinker with a strong background in managing projects, programs, and teams.

Stephen previously served as Manager of Bus Priority Programs at TransLink (Vancouver, BC), where he established a new team and led the development of a program focused on planning, designing, and delivering transit priority projects.  He also held the role of Senior Manager for BRT Corridor Design at TransLink, overseeing a team responsible for the planning and design of three Bus Rapid Transit corridors.
