Zach is a licensed Professional Engineer with expertise in transportation design and planning. He has worked across the full life cycle of transportation projects, including long-range transit planning, transportation improvement programs, feasibility studies, alternatives analysis, and both concept and final design. Zach is most passionate about advancing active transportation and transit projects that build equitable infrastructure and serve even the most vulnerable members of the community.
